Nissan’s motorsports division, Nismo, is set to debut its 600PS GT-R at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show and has revealed details of the supercar ahead of time. Nissan’s ‘Godzilla’ has already proven to be one of the ultimate supercars in the automotive arena, and now the automaker has utilised Nismo’s racing experience spanning decades to outdo itself.
The Nissan GT-R Nismo will likely come with a hefty GBP120 000 price tag, significantly more than standard GT-R machines, but this will only be confirmed in September this year when the car goes on sale in Europe.
The GT-R Nismo is styled on the established racing philosophy – form follows function. Optimised aerodynamics, suspension and powertrain are just a few of the motorsports-inspired technologies adopted to heighten the car’s performance, whether on the road or track, making it the ultimate versatile machine.
Aspiring owners can make their selection from five body colors: Brilliant White Pearl, Meteor Flake Pearl Black, Ultimate Metallic Silver and Vibrant Red, and a Dark Matte Grey unique to the GT-R Nismo model to complement the vehicle’s muscular exterior.
