Aston Martin Kuala Lumpur has just introduced a special variant called ‘The One Edition’. Read/Watch our earlier reviews here and here (Youtube). This one, though, is a one-of-a-kind edition.
This customized edition is created to appreciate the synergy between sport and refinement, which runs deeply in Aston Martin’s veins.
Finished in metallic silver-blue or Concours Blue, this colour option was actually removed from the global palette, but local distributor, Wearnes, decided to try it out, making it the only one in Malaysia.
The One Edition tyres are wrapped in 23-inch forged Satin Black Halo Diamond Turned, making it the largest ever fitted on an Aston Martin. It really makes a massive statement.
The interior is a duotone environment consisting of Oxford Tan with Onyx Black leather. It also comes with a gloss package, exterior package and sports exhaust upgrade.
The engine is unchanged: twin-turbocharged V8 with 550 PS and 700 Nm of torque, paired with a nine-speed 9G-Tronic auto transmission. The century sprint is done in 4.5 seconds and onwards to a top speed of 291 km/h.
The price? Well, the DBX starts at RM818,000.00 excluding options, taxes and on-the-road costs. The One Edition raises it a few notches to RM1,100,000.00, excluding duties and taxes.
