100 Automotive Aftersales Clients of X-1R Philippines Enjoys First Ever Hong Kong Trip 2024
Another first in the history of the Philippine automotive industry has just happened. 100 Service front-liners, majority of these service advisors, of various franchised car dealerships from nine automotive brands nationwide happily travelled to Hong Kong for a 3-day tour, last July 25-27, 2024, sponsored by X-1R’s exclusive Philippine distributor CreativeSparx, Inc.
This first ever International trip honoured the belief and commitment of these 100 service professionals in the undeniable benefits of X-1R Performance products and, their courage and dedication to make their service clients enjoy these benefits.
It is uncommon for service advisors to be given the opportunity to travel abroad. Most incentive travels are accorded to sales departments and top management of automotive dealers but X-1R believed in recognizing the efforts of the real “work horses” in the automotive dealerships, the guys that sustain the viability of these dealerhips,—the service advisors!
And, truly from the heart-felt comments of all the participants, one can feel their sincerest gratitude for the distinct honour they were accorded for a job well done for their respective dealerships. Over 50% of them confided that this was their first international trip ever after working for a decade or two in the automotive industry.
