Top Gear’s Matt LeBlanc takes on Late Night’s James Corden

The only time we associate James Corden with cars is when the late night host drives a singer (or singers) around in his SUV for some entertaining Car Pool Karaoke. But new Top Gear host, Matt LeBlanc, takes Corden on in a fun and friendly race, which they called Bottom Gear.

Looking like angler fish with GoPros dangling from their helmets, the British funnyman and former Friends’ castmember raced on small bikes around the Late Night office, crashing through cardboard walls, surmounting speed bumps and other trivial obstacles.

Corden proved to be a better Tony Awards host than a racer, as LeBlanc beat him to the end. Popular opinion would, however, also say that LeBlanc is a better racer than a Top Gear host.
