Shahrul first lifted the shutters of his auto service workshop, SJR Automotive Services, just a year ago. In such a short span of time, he has managed to build a loyal customer base, in no small part due to his dedication, focus on quality, excellent customer service, reasonable prices and, perhaps most important of all, by always having a smile on his face! His customers include Lam Soon, Teck See Plastics, tour agencies as well as the Police!

Shahrul started his career in the auto service industry when he worked in a franchised service centre prior to branching off on his own; in the four years that he was there, he gained vast technical insights and became adept at diagnosing and solving almost every car problem.

He has proven himself to be a great employer after setting up shop; his team is as dedicated and energetic as he is. Shahrul is the sort of leader who leads by example – he rolls up his sleeves and gets his hands dirty as he works side-by-side with his people.
