Autobacs Malaysia Brings Car and Bike Enthusiasts Together at Carnival Sales
Autobacs Malaysia, an auto aftersales company originating from Japan, threw an auto carnival in Klang, a city in central Malaysia, on the last weekend of September 2018. The “Autobacs & Bikeworld Crossover Carnival Sale 2018” offered plenty of goodies, and things to see and do for enthusiasts of two- and four-wheeled vehicles: discounts ranging from 20%-30% on a variety of auto products; tyre guys from Maxtrek; Arai & Shoei helmets, riding and driving gear; Sonax car detailing; Volkswagen, represented by GB Auto; and Speedhunter merchandise on offer, to name a few.
Autobacs President, Tatsumi Kaneda, who flew in from Japan, gave a welcome speech and kicked off the event:
Our sponsor, X-1R, participated in the festivities, offering discounts on their products:
There was a steady stream of visitors throughout the day; even though there were heavy showers, it did not dampen their spirits.
The Japanese culture was present, notably via the food stalls offering Japanese dishes, with Ryota Yamamoto showing off his culinary skills. We tried the Yakisoba dish and it was delicious.
Yamamoto cooking up a storm:
Discounts, fun, food and festivities: those who came found that the trip was well worth it.
